Pictures too bright

Hi,

Until recently my good old Z1 took amazing photos, but something has happened which I need some advice on.

As you will see the pics are all blurry and over bright.  I have not adjusted anything that I know of, I just woke up a couple of weeks ago and here it is Slightly_frowning_Face

I have just done a factory reset but nothing has changed.  Is this my phone saying its time for an upgrade or does it just need some TLC?

Cheers folks.

@Dudl3y

Which camera settings are you using?

I can't see the picture until it gets approved by a moderator, you could upload it to box or dropbox and post the link here.

also does your phone has a protective case or film?

check the camera lens for scratches.

Hi Uliwooly,  thanks for the reply.

Try this http://imgur.com/yrg1l7L

Settings- I have it on superior auto which has always been norm.  I have also tried manual which gives this (just taken :P)

http://i.imgur.com/n6wrE2K.jpg - Manual settings - brightness down to -1.2

http://imgur.com/Zi2DRXP - Manual settings down to -2

I think the lense does look a bit dirty but thats on the inside so will have to open it to clean.  Still not sure why the brightness seems borked.

Cheers

 ps - no case round the phone

@Dudl3y

Contact your local Xperia Care and request a vacuum test, aside of checking the camera
