physical camera key not detected

physical camera key not detected, since the day i've purchased i havent used the physical camera key button... I thought I just given myself a time to navigate it and trying to check the right settings for it... I did find it though, the three options for camera, on screen, button on screen and the physical key button options... (which still didnt work) what should I do?

Camera button is really really hard to press. Most lickly to avoid accidantal unlock. If it still won't work, sony support...

The physical camera  key at the right bottom side of phone is very hard and stiff. You need to press it hard for it to work.
