photo problem

i was have xperia J . but my phone was hanging . my photos can't detect . please  help. many times I've reset the phone. but still can't detect

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

If I understand you correctly you cannot see your photos? Have you tried to connect your phone to a computer to see if you can see/find the photos here? You can also download a file manager on your phone from Google Play to see if you can see the photos.

Same problem here. No pictures are shown in gallery file manager is showing all pictures & videos. Further all pictures are shown in computer while connected to a PC.

Try settings-apps-all-media storage,force stop and clear data.Restart your phone.
