my phone died so i plugged it in and the red light turned on,but the phine didnt turn on. if i unplug it the red light stays on but phone wont start. i tried to hard reset but it doesnt work what should i do
I faced this issue on my ZL and i would suggest that if the red light is coming up then connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up at the same time for 10 seconds > let it charge for 1hour > try to turn it back on
Please do as i say.. Turn of your phone using pinhole near sim tray if its ZL or power plus volume up for 10 seconds if its Z. charge it for an hour or so. run Update service. follow on screen instryctions and connect using flashmode. repair the firmware. its common problem in sony as the new system wont be compatible with some app so it needs to reset itself.. but the data will be gone
