phone wont boot

I have a black screen and not booting. When i hold power and volume up it vibrates but still black screen. I need help badly. Cheers

Try this

Press and hold the power button + Volume Up button for

5 seconds > ( 1 Vibration ) Force restart

10 Seconds > ( 3 Vibrations ) Force shutdown

The weird thing is my phone was charged to 100% last night. I left i turned on when i was asleep. When i woke up this morning it was off and wouldn't turn on so i did what you said above and did a software repair through Sony Pc software. Very Odd.

Well only force restart might have done the work

So is it working fine now ?

Even after a software repair the phone restarts by itself. Gonna have to exchange. So far my Sony experience has been a nightmare
