Phone vibrates everytime for incoming message/call

I feel not comfortable on my mobile it seems evrytime I have incoming call and message on my messenger app my phone is vibrating "sony experia c5 dual"i try go set everything now but it seems doesnt work,pls anyone could encounter this kind of problem on sony pls let me know ,thnx a lot

Can you elaborate please?

Are you stuck in vibration mode adn got no sound from your phone? Or you have sound notifications with vibrations along and you want to turn off vibration?

How to switch off the vibration mode of my phone sony c5 dual coz everytime I have incoming calls,notification or message on my messenger app.still vibrating even I set off vibrate and silent mode already??

open the app that you don't want to receive a vibration notification > menu > settings > notification
