Phone unlocking Sony Xperia M

I have recently bought this phone a few weeks ago and have tried at several shops to get this phone unblocked to a different network (vodaphone) and no shops have been able to do it. Any suggestions? Thank You!!!

You will have to either

1. contact the original carrier/network

or

2. try unlock4cheap or other websites alike

Also, keep in mind that if you or anyone has entered the wrong code more than 5 times the phone its locked permanently to that carrier/network
