Good day everyone.
Please can somebody assist me with some information. I have a xperia m2 aqua and for the past week it just switches off all the time. I either need to restart pressing on and off button or it restarts itself and I need to put in my pin. I thought if I do the system update that would solve the problem, did it yesterday and this morning again started doing the sam thing.
Does anyone have any answers, might know what it can be that is causing the problem? Can it be the battery that is maybe faulty? I only have my phone now for 5 months?
Thank you.

This is normally caused by a faulty Sim card - 99.9% of the time replacing the card rectifies this issue
Thank you very much. I have noticed today that I have my phone on charge and not once my phone has gone off? That is why I though maybe something to do with the battery? If it is my sim card, why only now after 5 months, should it not have had problems from the beginning?
Thank you.
No idea but like most things for no reason they start to have issues but don't rule out a battery issue - You could try removing your Sim card and testing it to see if the same happens
I'm sorry to hear this but you should contact your local Xperia Care
