I woke up this morning and tried to take a picture on my phone (sony Ericsson xperia S LT26i) the camera was not working. So naturally I tried to turn it off and on. Now it is Stuck on the Xperia loading screen when you try and turn on the phone and will not move from there. I tried a hard reset (got the 3 vibrations held it a bit longer) nothing but same old thing. I got this phone in november it has been dropped once or twice no water damage for sure! Any ideas of what to do. Tried restarting with a computer hook up, on the wall, nothing. help ,me fix this thing!!!
Try running a repair with the phone powered off:
To repair the phone software
1. Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2. Turn on the phone, and connect it to the PC using a USB cable.
3. In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
4. Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
5. Click repair phone.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Ok so i tried that it updated but still doing the same thing, the little plastic thing that covers where the charger goes fell off. Would this affect this in anyway. I am going to try the repair again
Also it says connection error when i plug it in. it says to change the connection mode to mass storage, but doesnt say if this is on the phone or computer. If it is on the phone I cant do it . Any ideas?
