I had a notification today that there were some updates for my phone but when i tried to update them i was told that i hadn't got enough storage space left. How do i transfer items/ apps to my sd card to free up internal space on my phone?

You cannot transfer apps to SD,but you can move media files.

Either with settings-storage or with a file explorer.
