Phone stopped working while updating software

Hi updated software on my ericsson ark and the phone stopped working. when I start it shows a pic of the phone and a triangle with an exclamation mark. How can I fix this PLEASE   ... I am really concerned...

Sorry to hear of the issue you've had, I would suggest trying to run the phone through the Update Service program http://bit.ly/Jb00HG. If this does not work you would need to contact your local support team to arrange to have the phone examined.

Managed to fix this using the update function (repair) in Sony PC companion. Phone is working now but erased all data though.

Will never update the software through Sony PC Companion ever again...
