Phone speaker volume suddenly really low

I have the Sony Xperia Z1s and the speaker has always been pretty loud and booming. But suddenly today it's very low and even at max volume I can't hear it really well. Any solutions to this?

Me too facing the same problem.. and I have just bought the phone and its has not gone underwater..

Force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).It might be related to an app.
