Phone slowly charging

My phone is really slowly chargind and sometimes its being interrupted. For 3 hours it was only at about 40%

Are you charging via the wall socket or via USB/computer? Are you using the phone when it's charging?

Via wall socket, no im not using it, its turned off

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

I did software repair about 2 or 3 weeks ago, should i do it again?

Boot on safe mode and charge your phone again, make sure to use a wall charger and a micro USB cable NOT a magnetic cable

are you using a Sony's charger and cable? are you using a magnetic cable? have you tested other cables/chargers?
