Phone's touch screen is unresponsive, USB debugging is disabled. How to get contacts?

I've had this phone for a while, but I only got gmail recently so it never occured to me to sync my contact info up with my Gmail account.

Recently my phone was dropped (on the corner) and now whenever I turn it on functions and inputs start reading on their own without me even touching it, making navigation near impossible. So I haven't been able to turn on USB debugging, transfer info to my SD card or sync with any online services.

Is there any way to get those contacts off my old phone onto my new one?

It's an Xperia Z1.

1. Get a USB OTG cable
2. Get a mouse
3. Connect the Mouse to the phone with the USB OTG cable
4. Backup your phone

Hi @LeviGratton,

To elaborate on what Phy said, if you use an USB OTG cable to connect a USB mouse you will get a mouse pointer on your phone's display just like on a PC and you can use the mouse to navigate the phone's menues.
