phone restarts while calling

hi..i bought an xperia mini pro today(23/7/2012) and when i make a call after sometime the phone automatically restarts....no other issues are found..but cant make a call ...can anyone please help me out

Format It ! !

Settings > Privacy > Factory Format > Erase Everything

hi sonuriaz...

i went to the place i bought the phone..they said to charge the phone 6hrs fully switched off..i hadnt done this.....in fact when i was charging i had to attend calls also....and also they said to change the sim..my sim is a reliance old sim.they told it may be due to poor reception of signal from the old sim..........i will also format as u have said..hope all will work fine, anyway thankss..il try it out and reply ...

hi....evden after doing all of the abovue there is no use.....i had no trouble calling for almost a day when at last the same thing becan to start again...now when i press the home physical key the phone restarts...what is this....:smileyconfused:

i think the problem is solved...gave it to errcson customer servce got an update to 2.3.4 and now it seems to be gone hopefull ..thanks all for the help
