Phone restart issue

Dear Sony team,

I have a problem with my Sony ericsson j20i Hazel,

When I inserting the another sim card instead of my regular sim card while restart phone is geting hang and after inserting regular sim phone is working properly.,

What should be the problem.

Please suggest.,

Is this other SIM card from the same network as the regular SIM card, or from a different network?
