Respected Sir,
I have purchased a sony mobile (Sony Xperia M4) on dated 28-March-2016 from Sri New S.M. Communication but after some time my mobile was not working properly. Then I handed over the mobile to your authorized service center "Global Services" on dated 22-07-2016 and then after I received my mobile on dated 09-08-2016 (after 17 days) and only five days I used mobile but the problem was same means it is not resolved properly by your service center by keeping mobile in their hand for 17 days.
Again I submit my mobile in your service centre on dated 19/08/2016 but till date I have not received my mobile or any confirmation.So please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
I also want to attract your kind attention that I handed over my mobiles two times in your service center and if after 2nd time the problem is not resolved by you properly then legal steps shall be taken by me in serious manner.
