Phone REBOOTS

My Xperia ray has been REBOOTING its self after(sometimes during) a call occationaly for sometimes (1 month). For the past 2 days its been REBOOTING during/after calls continuously...:smileycry:
I'm updated into to ICS 4.0.3 from May, 2012
Please help on this!!!!

Hi,

I also had the same issue with my Xperia Ray recenly bought and once change the network mode to WCDMA only , it was fine.

So far it didn't get restarted after that.

No i don't thanx for asking...
My problem was solved weeks ago, simply was a problem on the network mode.:smileysilly:

There were atleast 10 replies and i can't find any now...
among them were the helpfull answers and correct ones that i've marked...

I had the same problem. I went to the phone shop and they adviced to keep the Network mode in GSM only.

I just want to know what u did to solve the issue.
