Phone problems

It's been a while since i get this phone. When it has old version of software it was the best phone in the world. But after updating KitKat, it's became not better, now i can compare it only to Nokia 3310. Camera loads 10 seconds, i can't actually tap a message cause the keyboard lives with it's own life. The phone after 5 minutes browsing internet became so hot, so you can prepare scrambled egg on it. Battery drains as fast as my speedometr going from 0 to 100. Is there anyone who can tell me when this s..t ends, and when i get this update fix , to get rid of all this problems ? Thank you
