hi

i bought a new xperia E3 dual but i have a problem:

my cell carier sends me messages when my phone is off or i am not reachable. in the text message the caller phone is showed. for example the sms contains:

Missed Call from 1234567

but the problem is that the number (1234567) is not dialable and i can touch it and dialling the number. or sometimes my friend sends me a phone number via sms but i cant touch on it . but i have another xperia phone (Z) with the same android version (4.4.4) and it works great at this issue!

what can i to do? it is important for me! because i have many clients and i cant write numbers on paper and call them one by one...

That seems to be a network/carrier issue, contact them regarding this issue.

i tested same sim card in sonyericsson, samsung, & xperia Z phones and it works great.

any one has the same problem?

are you using the preloaded messaging app?

yes. i am using default sms pro. i dont know where the problem is...

Try the preloaded messaging app, if the preloaded messaging app work then its that app that has an issue not your phone, if its indeed that app, you will have to contact the app developer.
