phone not sound :(

after 2 day i buy sony experia sola my experia sola became not sound
and i go sony centre he said need sent to repair
can i ask for 1 new phone from sony centre course i don`t want a repair phone just after 2 day i buy

We're sorry to hear about your situation. Usually, our repair centers only replace the phone when it's not possible for them to repair them. Have you tried to discuss this with the seller?

Same problem here. After fifteen days the sound stop working. It affect also the camera because sometimes it hangs after using someother application that plays sounds, like Media Player. It seems I have to send the phone to a repairing center, but I am currently outside USA.

¿What is the correct way to send a phone to a repair center of USA from outside that country? I am currently in Argentina, and I have no plans to travel for the next six months! Please help me, I have a little brick of $300 in my hands!
