phone not ringing

My experia u phone is not ringing most of times when incoming call cames from when I bought  to till date. I am using ICS android 4.????? Plz help me ?????

Try a factory reset, and then do a repair using SUS or PC Companion if factory reset didn't work.

PS: Please avoid using large fonts unnecessarily.
