Phone not reading SD card

Hi.

So I bought my Sony Xperia C5 Ultra a few months ago & I've been having issues when it. At first it was taking pictures & not being able to have them saved automatically in my SD card. It also didn't read that I had music in my SD card. I did everything & ended up getting a new one for my phone to read it. So that finally worked. It's been only a week when I had this problem with mold SD card. Now with my new one, it's not reading that I have music in my SD card but it shows me that I still have pictures in my SD card.

Why isn't it reading it? I did everything again & I'm not buying a new SD card.

Ohh & it doesn't pick up that I plugged in my earbuds.

reformat the SD card and try again.

Welcome to the community.

You can also format it from your phone under Settings > Storage. There will either be a 'Format' or 'Erase' option. Both will do the same thing. Be aware that formatting the SD card will erase all data from it.
