Phone not charging.

My xperia sp will not charge. I have tried different chargers and plugs but still wont charge. When i plug it in it lights up and shows a red battery and the light bar shine red. I have left it for hours but still no charge. It will turn on and turn off straight away.

Holding the power reset button on the back it vibrates and resets but still no charging. Pc companion also doesnt detect it

You should try a repair with SUS:

If this does not work,stop by a sony service.

I have already said the update service does not detect my phone.

Pc companion is not the same with Sony update service.Try the latter and report.

Sorry, I meant Update service. It searches for my phone but says there is nothing connected.

Take a look here.If you bought it from a shop,most probably your warranty is with them.
