Phone not booting up

i had bought sony ericsson xperia neo v a year ago.  it started getting hot whenever i used to get on internet or listen to songs or make a phone call for more than 20-30 minutes. i got the software updated and then it worked fine. But today as i was on the internet, the phone switched off and now its not booting up at all. please suggest what should i do?

At first you should try charging the phone for 20-30 minutes. If the battery has been completely drained, it can take some time before it wake up. If that doesn't help, try repair the phone software again via PC Companion (Support zone > Update phone software > Repair phone software). If it doesn't wake up, you should send it in to a service center for repair. Contact your local Xperia Support for more information.
