Phone memory getting full

there is 8 GB phone memory in xperia u. out of that 4 GB is user accessible. I am facing problem of memory getting full. though there are only few media files memory get full. I am deleting some media files to create memory but within very short time 1-2 hours it getting full.

please provide some solution of this problem with my xperia u.
