phone keeps on restarting after upgrade to jellybean

Anyone else has this problem?

The restarting is continuous, so I can't use the phone now.

After bootup for a few seconds, it will restart again.

Why did you try again? Try to update again your phone using pc companion. Maybe there's something file missing. Try to do it again..
