Phone keeps booting

Hi all,

My Xperia p keeps booting and keeps showing xperia home page but does not start. Can any one pls advice whats wrong and any help to resolve it

either press power button + volume up until the phone vibrates 3 times,it will turn off.turn it on again after,but first connect to a wall charger.if still not working,repair the software.
