That seems to be a network branded phone/ SIM Locked phone that someone entered the wrong unlock code multiple times, the only way to maybe reset it, it's through your Local support BUT, since the phone was bought abroad, they might not be able to help you.
Hi @Jorak,
Welcome to the community.
I am sorry about your experience with your Z3. Uliwoooly is right, it will need to go back to the support team for the reset, but as you purchased it in France, it may have to be done in France.
You can use this link to find all the local contacts around the world.

Only your Local support can answer that question.
On a side note, there's no need to be rude

I have edited your post to remove any personal information.
The support team in Chile will unlikely be able to reset a French phone. It will generally have to go back to the original country of purchase for repair.
