Phone hangs and network problems

Hi Support team,

I have problems sometimes when i play online games Eg: scramble for friends,,the screen keeps popping again nd again due to network , although there is no problem in network,this happens for wifi also,

Sometimes phone goes in hang state whi i have never experienced before.

Please help on these issues.

Hi Sam,

It happens intermittently , and also while using soem of the Apps. I tried reflushing the Memory by killing some of running Apps and also have restarted my phone , sometimes phone restart also hangs.

My phone is secured with Mcafee Anti-Virus and protects my phone from Virus,no viruses found, please arrange someone to look into my device ASAP for uninteruppted service.
