After a week off not functioning properly it came to a "crash" last night.

it wont start up anymore and when i hit the on button the power indicator flashes red 3 times in rapid succession.

so after some browsing on the internet i still havent been able to find a way to preform a "hard reset"

The only way to preform a hard reset (according to the usermanual) seems to be by going to the menu, this ofcourse isnt

an option for me since the phone is frozen.

so my question's are:

what do these red flashes mean and how do i preform a master reset while its frozen.

It means battery is dead

Put your mobile t charge for atleast2 hours

And then repair it

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)
