Phone freezes while making calls

Hej guys, had a really weird thing this night, i called the Electric company to ask when I'll have power back and I could not end the call, the screen froze... couldn't turn it of either, only when I took out the Sim card did the phone started to live again, since then (like 12 hours ago) it happened 3 times, always the same story, phone freezes, and only taking out the sim card helps, I've made a system reinstalation, but  it happened again, any ideas what might be the source of the problem ?

The source of the problem could be the SIM card itself, is it possible to try a different SIM card and see if the problem persists?

Hey again, so I went to my cell operator, got a new card, no go the same problem after 20 minutes

You said you made a "system reinstallation", did you mean a factory reset or phone repair via PC Companion?
