Phone freeze

hi i have the xperia z2 and from time to time (like every 7 - 8 days) the phone freezez and stop working even the shut down button stop responding exept it turn off the screen the only way to turn it off is by pressing the turn off button and the volume down button

Do you have some battery savers,task killers that could interfere?

Hi, does it still act like this in Safe Mode.....try it for a little while in Safe Mode, link below, this will show if there are any apps causing problems :smileysmileywink:
