phone doesnt go on

my phone doesn't go on, the light doesnt go on when I am charging it. I have been charging it for hours. I tried holding the power button and volume down button and still doesnt do anything, the only thing that happens when I press the power button the power lights flashes a few times.

After you charge it for 1-2 hours,repair with sony update service.

what he is saying is when he charges the notify dot doesent flash red when it usually does when battery is dead. That means there is a damage or something insideh is phone is broken.

1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support 

2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start. 

3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.

4.     Click repair phone.

5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.
