sorry für my ebglish i´ll try as best I can

after I pressed the power button, and wrote the pin the phone rests in the flighgt/switch off mode, and requests again pins and puks, the phone is connected, thee name of the provider is on the display, pc compagnion doest find zhe phone. wath can i do besides throing it outof the window

you can turn off your phone and try Sony Update Service instead
