phone doesn't go to sleep

Hi,

   after latest update android system uses %40 of battery and it says phone was awake whole usage. I left my phone with %100 battery and go to sleep and when I wake up after 6 hours it says %80 remaining. I don't want to reinstall the software is there any other solutions?

Most likely its an app acting up 

1. reboot on safe mode, if you see the same problem then you will have to reinstall the latest update with SUS or PCC

2. if you don't then it is an app

also go to 

settings - power management > battery > check the list and tap on the top 4 items check the amount of hours/minutes and post the info here

also tap on the graph .> take a screenshot and post it here 

Do you have taskiller or antivirus or battery apps or ram apps? 

are you syncing multiple accounts and/or services?

Do you keep your wifi on all the time?

I have some problems listed here:

1) there is a dead pixel on screen

2) power button is broken

3) when I use a full screen app there is a ghost of softkeys at the bottom of the screen

4) cover of the usb port is deformed so I am afraid of breaking it and loosing the waterproof property.

Have I got a chance to get a replacement? I don't want to give my phone to sony service cuz they want a cargo fee even if they don't do anything.

I am using my phone with GSM and wifi turned off all time with 3% brightness and synchronization is off.

It looks not drained but sometimes it makes some suddenly battery drops like which you can see on the middle of tge graph
