I backed up my contacts to sony companion, on windows contacts as well as google ones, how do i get them back on my phone

Hi @youngando13,

From PC Companion you can choose the 'Backup & Restore' option, then choose the back up from the list, and click 'Restore'.

From Google, you can go to Settings > Accounts > Google > [Your email address] > Options (3 dots) > Sync All.
