First off all, sorry for my poor english,hope you all can understand what i mean..
I'm also fan of SE, but I'm very disappointed with the vivaz pro that I just bought last month. That's not my point here, my point here is after make update service to the second sony ericsson walkman, i realise my phone not working anymore like before. After I switch on my phone, my phone cannot detect sim card anymore, but before I do update service my phone is working. Anybody can help me? What are the solutions for my phone?
Hi, I'm sorry to hear that. My first suggestion would be to reinstall the software in your handset using the Update Service program. When running the program, you will need to ensure that you select the Vivaz Pro model when prompted to choose your model of phone. Once you complete the reinstall, the issues should be resolved.
If not, please could you advise what error message you get? For example, does your handset say Emergency calls only, No Network or Insert SIM / Insert Correct SIM?

my phone changing language from english to french, what i mean the error said "please insert SIM correctly"
Did you purchase your handset from any particular Network operator? Or was it purchased with a particular operator and then unlocked?
It sounds to me like your handset has been unlocked from one Network operator and after the Update, the handset has been re-locked. If you are aware of which Network operator the handset was originally with, you will be able to contact them directly in order to have the handset unlocked again.
