PHONE CANNOT BE REPAIRED

My phone contract is with Vodacom South Africa. They cannot repair the blank screen problem. The Sony Z2 is new (01 July 2014 ) and they have replaced the screen. The phone's software was updated as well. Any other users also experiencing the same problem ? Should I get rid of the phone?
