I bought my Sony M4 Aqua last Sept 2015. I love it. I only used it for text messages and internet surfing. However, when i tried to call using the Messenger application, I cannot hear the other end if I don't make it in speaker mode. I thought it's just the application. However, lately I tried using my phone for calls and I saw the same problem. It's not practical to always go for speaker mode.
How can I solve this?
i already brought it to the service center last jan 4. Up until now, it's still not fixed because the parts ordered have not arrived yet. I'm so disappointed with this. I usually change phones every 2 years, so i'm not satisfied having no phone for a month (they say may even exceed a month) and even having defected phone 2 months after i bought it.
I bought Xperia M4 Aqua last September 2015. My headpiece speaker no longer functions when not in speaker mode. I had it repaired on Jan 4,2016. They said it was shipped out last Feb9, 2016 but up until now (Feb 17), no phone has arrived yet!!!
Can't they even have it on rush delivery for the sake of 'Good Customer Service'??.

I bought a newly released phone, if only i knew that their repair is temper provoking I should have traded it to a cheaper yet better phone service!
Even if the repair is free because it's under warranty, the fact that I wasted my money because I got no hold of it for more than a month is NOT WORTH IT! I haven't made use of it that much and another new phone was released! It's really disappointing! SONY JUST MADE ME WASTE MY MONEY!
Didn't you get a shipping tracking number to track your phone? If it's already shipped then you should contact the shipping company and complain about the delay.

I'm sorry to hear this but as Quester said you need to get in touch with your Local support and ask them to look into this for you. We are unfortunately unable to follow up on service cases here on the forum. Since the service process is different for different countries and regions it is best to contact the local support team in cases like this.
