Phone call problem

Hi, I have only recently realised that there is a problem when someone phones me or I phone them. I can hear what they are saying but they cannot hear what I am saying. I am unsure of the problem or the solution 😕

Have you tried to place a call with a headset to see if the counterpart can hear you?
