Can you please clarify what you mean by Blinks, do you mean the screen is continually flashing?

I moved your post to a thread with a similar query.

Could you describe in more detail what it is with the screen that isn't functioning? Does it not illuminate at all, or does it illuminate but it does not react to your touch?

 I have a Sony Xperia m5, I was using one application and suddenly the phone shut down and it started blinking black and Sony logo 

I tried to do reset it didn't work kept on blinking,

I can't use my phone now and don't know what to do

Please assist
