Phone asks for code in lockout screen ?

Hello, this saturday my phone emptied out ( I was to lazy to charge it at the time) When i restarded, put my Pin-code in, put the macafee code in the lockout screen popped up but i never had that before ? It asks for a code which i dont know ? I tired to do a hard reset ( Volume up and Power button ) while the phone is active but it doesent work ? It vibrates once, then couple of seconds later trice, then its out and doesent do anything! Help ?

Once you have installed the program and run it, select "Support Zone" and "Software Update". It will give you instructions on how to install it on the computer and how to run it on the phone afterwards. Please make sure the phone and the USB cable are not connected to the PC throughout the installation process. The Update Service is meant to update the software on the phone.
