Phone appear Mobile data message

Hi all,

My Z3 phone keep on appear a message saying that my mobile data is disable when I scroll to open my phone or scroll down (from top) to view notification.

How to get rid of the message and it is necessary to switch on the mobile data which will cost me money?

I think that is default, after you disable mobile data the message is shown there. It will not affect your balance or anything as long as it is disabled.
