Performance is too slow

Dear Concern

I have a sony phone named xperia p,but now a days its performing slow which it wasnt before.How can I get back my previous performance.Any assistance can help me more.

I am using android assistance to clean my cash.but its performing like before.

Do not use taskkillers,free ram apps or antivirus.Use only the stamina mode given there and be sure to charge your phone until it says full charged.Also,try to restart it every 1-2 days,the ram will automatically free.If you do not find my information helpful,you can always repair phone software and reset to factory settings.
