PcCompanion issue

Hi , As today I'm try'ng to get the news update for my Z2 v. 23.4.A.1.200 (btw what it does contain?) even after i receive two may from sony to do the update , I'm unable here what i do :

Open PcCompanion :

->Check update 

->Let's the phone connected to pc

-> wit less than 2 second , getting error 13 which say check my connection & firewall

What I did : 

Check my firewall add'ed pccompanion app + updater

get back to PcCompanion check setting ->  check proxy setting -> check connection it's say everything ok

so what to do?

Edit :forgot to say but I also uninstall / install it already before doing all these steps

Do you have Windows 10 as your OS in the computer where you run PC Companion?

Yea , I'm using windows 10 and I'm using pc companion in this OS ... is that the problem?

I suggest check if administrator right is working incorrectly.

Also try to redownload PC Companion -> install it

I did uninstall & install back , set run as admin , also attempt to run with windows 7 comptabilities (not sure if right typed)

so far nothing worked , maybe with a virtual marchine with windows 7 can help maybe... or it is bad idea?
