PCC backup crash

Dear All,

I have been having problem trying to do backup via PCC. The last good backup was in June just before

the previous update. After that , PCC will crash everything I try to backup.

Anyone can share your experience or know of any solution.

PS: I have updated to the latest patch now 6.1.A.2.45 but still having the same issue

To troubleshoot what causing the crash perhaps you could try to exclude some category.

Sometimes some category may contain corrupt data and crashes can occur.

Try unticking some of the things to backup and try again and check if you can pin point what's causing the problem.
