I have been asked to do a repair on my handset using PC companion. I have downloaded the latest version but when I open it I do not get any of the options like Support Zone etc just a blank space.
Can anyone help?
Is your phone locked with a pin?Just unlock the phone,it should appear.If not,download sony update service for repair.
No this is before I have even plugged in my phone as it tells me in the instructions I was sent by Sony.
There are supposed to be applications within the PC companion from what I can see but mine is blank!
You could try to reinstall PCC,make sure Java is up to date on your computer.If nothing works,just download sony update service.
