Why can I not use my computer (at all - not even to switch to other tasks, or start the task manager) while trying to update the software on my X10? Presumably the Companion is using so much CPU that, as I said, I can't even open the task manager to check whether this is the case. Whatever the reason, it is a pathetic state of affairs, but about what I have come to expect from mobile phone manufacturers.
