PC companion restore problems

Seems like the backup/restore does not backup icon positions on phone screen? Known bug? Very annoying, as this is something that takes a lot of time to set up again...

PC Companion can unfortunately not backup everything from the phone (it's not able to read app data).

Too bad! It also seems to fail to backup data from several apps... For the user this is weird. When you backup the device, you expect the restore to be a replica.

This is something Apple does much much better. But is this a google/Android limitation or a Sony feature request?

Any better ways of handling backup than Sony's app?

I believe this has to do with Android.

The phones builtin backup application can store more then PC Companion but it will not save sorting of icons either.
